Exchanges

Are the items too big or too small, or would you prefer a different colour? No problem! We offer an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.

Here's how it works:

1. Please contact us at info@qombis.com with your full name and order number . Specify which product and size or color you wish to exchange.
2. You will receive an email with the address to which you should send your return.
3. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you the new size or colour within 5 working days.

Returned items must be unworn, with all tags attached and in perfect condition . Qombis reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet our policy requirements.

Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs or customs fees for exchanges. Items can only be exchanged for a different size or colour. If we sent you the wrong size, the exchange will be free of charge.

Returns

You can return any items purchased from the Qombis online shop within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Here's how it works:

1. Please contact us at info@qombis.com with your full name, order number and the reason for the return. Indicate which products you wish to return. Let us know which items you wish to return and whether you would like a refund in the form of a voucher or a return of the product.
   
2. You will receive an email with the address to which you should send your return.
3. Once we receive the return, we will send you the voucher or refund within 10 working days.

Returned items must be unworn, with all tags attached and in perfect condition . Qombis reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet our policy requirements.

Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs or customs fees for returns. All refunds are issued in the original payment form or as a voucher code. If we sent you the wrong size, the return will be free of charge.
